These are the terms and conditions that apply to all bookings and transactions made at our chalet. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these conditions:

Reservation

By making a reservation on our website, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions. To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates on which you wish to stay, the number of guests, and so on. Your reservation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation e-mail from us. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us at info@chalet-apy.com – 06.84.03.44.15

Arrival and departure

Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times set by the establishment to allow rooms to be cleaned and prepared for future guests.

Arrival policy: Rooms are available from 4pm, unless early check-in is available.

Check-out policy: Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m., unless late check-out is available (additional charges may apply).

Rates and payments

Payment for your stay is made according to the conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount of the booking, any service charges and any applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and date modification conditions vary according to the type of booking and rate selected.

Guest responsibilities Guests must abide by the rules and policies of the establishment during their stay. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the customer: stained or damaged sheets 50€, breakage of the value of the property.

Personal effects

Customers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage.

Responsibility for hosting

We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident beyond our control. In the event of any problems or complaints during your stay, we ask you to inform us immediately so that we can take the appropriate steps to resolve the situation.

We advise you to read the terms and conditions carefully before booking a holiday. If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification.

Hours of silence

From a certain time, after 10 p.m., customers are asked to maintain silence so as not to disturb the neighborhood.

Ban on noisy parties and events

To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests and respect the rules of coexistence, no parties or noisy events may be held on the premises.

Respect for property and neighbors

Customers must respect common and private property, as well as the neighborhood.

Safety rules

Customers must comply with established safety rules, such as the correct use of equipment.

Deposit policy

A deposit of €4,000 is required (non-cashable) on the day of check-in to protect us against any damage or loss that may occur during your stay.

Refundable deposit: The deposit will be returned after verification that everything is in order, generally within 1 to 2 days after departure.

Processing refunds

Refunds for cancellations, if any, will be processed within 15 business days on the original payment method.

Partial stays

No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights unless otherwise specified in the booking.

Unforeseen circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), cancellation conditions may be adjusted at the discretion of hotel management.

Communication

Customers will be informed promptly of any changes to cancellation conditions due to force majeure events.

Pet policy Pets are not allowed in the chalet. In the event of a breach, a non-refundable fee of €500 will be charged per stay to cover additional cleaning costs.

No-smoking policy

Chalet APY is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including bedrooms and common areas.

Designated smoking areas: Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke. Guests who violate the smoking policy may be subject to additional cleaning and deodorization charges (approx. €100).

By making a reservation with Chalet APY, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions described above.
